How can we express an ethical position in a sculpture?
Students will research and choose a side for an ethical position, then create a hand sculpture with found objects that communicate their ethical position.
plaster gauze, water, scissors, acrylic paint, hot glue, found objects and embellishments, paper towels and other cleaning materials
Students will photograph their sculpture and include a video artist statement. The class will create a bitmoji gallery with their sculptures and a link to their artist statement videos.
