A great challenge especially for confident artists is the “upside-down room.” Maybe that means drawing the room as if it is suspended on the ceiling, or drawing the room as if it has been turned upside down and every object in the room has crashed to the floor. On the front of this card, a student wove a shirt out of tape, slowly peeling off the floor/ceiling. Drawing people and objects upside down is a great test of students’ spatial skills!
